Pandemic

In view of the current development regarding influenza A/H1N1 (also referred to as "new flu" or "swine flu") the World Health Organization (WHO) on June 11, 2009 declared the highest pandemic warning level (phase 6). Per definition continued transmissions of the virus from human to human must occur in at least two different WHO-regions. Based on the WHO-evaluation this definition has been fulfilled. According to an assessment of the Federal Ministry of Health no new measures will have to be taken. In fact, during the current situation nothing will change with the declaration of phase 6.
trans-o-flex already dealt with the topic "pandemic" early on and prepared detailed plans of action that will protect all employees, customer and the goods entrusted to us in the best way possible in case of growing and continued transmissions of the dangerous H1N1-virus from human to human within the general population.
